    What is the serving size of each cake?

    All our cakes are 6 inches. As a guide, each can serve up to 4-7 people. We currently only sell cakes in this size.

    Are your cheesecakes fresh? Why are they frozen?

    The gourmet cheesecakes are baked fresh, and then freeze blasted to seal in the rich flavours and textures that we hope to share with you. An industrial blast freezer is NOT a home freezer. Our blast freezers are designed to preserve the fine cell structure and moisture content of our cakes, preserving their aroma and taste. When our blast frozen cheesecakes are brought back to the correct temperature (~4 degrees Celsius), it will have the same characteristics as it did when it was blast frozen. It is as if time itself was frozen! Whilst we sympathise with those who wish to devour our delicious gourmet cheesecakes immediately, the best things in life come to those who wait....... (for our cakes to thaw).

    Are your products Halal certified?

    All of our products are 100% alcohol and lard free. All process and ingredients are properly screened through to ensure our customer can enjoy our food with peace of mind.

    How long can I keep my cake / chocolate / cookies?

    As all our products do not contain preservation, cakes are best consumed within 3 days, chocolate to consume within 1 week
  • What time will you deliver to me and can I specify an exact delivery time?

    Upon checkout you will have the option to select your preferred delivery time slot (whether in the morning anytime 10am-2pm, or afternoon anytime 2pm-6pm) for delivery in KL & Selangor. However we are unable to provide exact time delivery or facilitate other delivery time frame other than the stated, as all orders are taken out for delivery from one area to another, and it’s subjected to traffic condition and weather.

    Where can you deliver to?

    Currently our delivery in Malaysia is limited to Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Looking forward to expand in Johor Bahru and Penang soon.

    Is there any charges for delivery?

    Generally, all of our deliveries are free for all our customers however, as we optimize our delivery routes there are some areas that are out of our delivery coverage and subject for an additional fee.
  • How long do refunds take?

    Refunds will be credited to your account within 5 to 10 banking days. Reach out to us if it takes any longer and we'll be happy to check what's taking so long!

    Can I cancel my order?

    Please be guided of our cancellation process
    Cancellation of Orders:
    - Orders that are cancelled no later than 48 hours before delivery will result in a full refund
    - Orders canceled between 12 and 48 hours before dispatch time with result in a 10% cancellation fee applied
    - Orders cancel within 12 hours before dispatch time, will result in a 50% refund only.
    *The dispatch time is defined as the earliest minute in a delivery time slot, for example 9-12pm counts 9am as dispatch time*.
